Our T&Cs

If you are not satisfied with your product, or it is damaged or faulty, we must receive the product back within 10 days of receipt. In the unlikely event of our jewellery product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you have the option to return the item for a refund or exchange as per the terms outlined. , If however you return the product for reasons other than defective or damaged goods, there will be a restocking fee of 30%.Please note handling & shipping are non refundable

We stress please pay very special attention to this with regard to correct finger size, each piece is custom made once ordered and in some cases, certain rings are not resizable If you are not sure of your finger size, the best suggestion we have is that you visit your local jewellery store to be measured. Bear in mind that the width of the ring you are ordering will impact what size you require – narrower rings will be a slightly smaller size than a wider ring on the same finger. This is especially important when ordering wedding rings or wide bands. In this case, make sure your jeweller uses his band/ring sizers which are normally 6 mm in width. Remember also that your finger size is usually different for each hand, whatever hand you write with is probably a little larger. Ring returns due to customer ordering the incorrect size are subject to the restocking fee of 30%.

Returning a product can be done through our website

Please supply your order reference and our Customer Service team will issue you with a returns reference number

Once a Returns reference has been issued, repackage the product with the following information:

  • Name First & Last, Full Address, Telephone Number With local code where necessary

  • Order Number and Returns Reference Number

  • Cover Note stating the replacement requested & reason for the return

Return via International Courier, registered international tracked mail, National registered mail as product can be tracked and proof of receipt is available. We will supply the return address to you during our correspondence. We never consider a product returned until we have signed for a successful delivery The sender shall bear the responsibility until we have signed for a successful delivery

All changes to orders or cancellations MUST be corresponded in writing, this can be done through our contact us

Once an order has shipped, any such cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee This exclude shipping cost which are subject to charge

Our rings are custom made for you They are not an “off the shelf” item. Reluctantly we must implement this 30% restocking charge


Delivery Information

Almost all of our products are custom made to order, where a product is in stock it will be shipped within 2 days Otherwise there is a lead time of approximately 7 days, the piece needs to be crafted, and go through rigorous quality controls at our Dublin factory. All our products bear the world renowned Dublin Assay Office Hallmark – this is your guarantee of Provenance and Fineness!

Most major Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted. 

You will be contacted by email when your order has been shipped. Changes to the delivery details cannot be made after shipping unfortunately

The majority of deliveries will be made by International Courier normally FedEx, UPS or DHL- Here’s the best part! Your package will be shipped with any Customs or Import Taxes pre-paid courtesy of us

Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. You are responsible for providing appropriate daytime delivery address, telephone number and postal code / zip code. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We bear no responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. 

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of dispatch of goods. takes every care in packing and shipping all items. In the unlikely event that any item is damaged during shipping will be responsible for replacement costs of the item only.
