Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Exchanges or refunds are possible within 28 days of purchase. This period starts on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched. Please contact us by phone or email in advance of a return so we know to expect it. This will also allow us to arrange the return of the item within our own stock system. We will respond to you with further instructions.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please take care when ordering your jewellery, in particular with rings. Some rings cannot be resized and need to be remade to fit. It is important that the correct size is ordered. If you are not sure which size to order, please feel free to get in touch for guidance. You can also make use of our ring sizer guide on the website to help with your choice.
Items can be returned to our factory Temple Bar Dublin for an exchange or refund within 28 days. Returns can also be posted back if the customer bears the cost of return shipment and insurance. Any items being returned to us must be insured. We cannot accept any courier charges on delivery of an item to us, returns must be made through the post office unless the customer covers a courier cost. Please note that return post by courier would be the safest way of ensuring the item makes it back to us. For exchanges, the shipment cost of any newly desired item plus any import tax or duties must be covered by the customer if based outside the Republic of Ireland.
Bespoke, long out of stock and special order items cannot be exchanged. Assuming there is no manufacturing fault, they may only be returned on a case by case basis. In general, engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This depends on the item. A re-polish fee may be incurred.
